Help Us Empower 500 Children
Our 500 Dreams initiative will be complete when 200 people (Reading Warriors) sign up to each give $50 monthly. Reaching this goal means that 500 kids will get the weekly literacy support they need to read proficiently, catch up in school, and be empowered to achieve their dreams.
Who are Reading Warriors?
Reading Warriors are a passionate and determined group of monthly givers on a mission to empower kids to live their best lives. People like you, giving anything they can to prove that every child deserves the chance to have a brighter future.

More kids graduate from high school.
More kids stay out of jail and off of welfare.
More kids create art.
More kids participate in their community and politics in positive ways.

These aren’t passive monthly donations. We want Reading Warriors to feel connected, invested, and eager to share. Here’s what you can expect when you join.
Taking a Stand
The pressures of our current world are overwhelming. Problems seem too big for any one person to solve. We need more people who can think critically and creatively. People who respond out of kindness, not fear. This won’t happen by accident. We have to take a stand for our kids today. Investing in their literacy levels now is the best way to create the brighter future we all want.
Inspiring Change
Low literacy levels make kids feel isolated and hopeless. At school, assignments meant to educate end up reinforcing fears that they aren’t good enough. But we know that’s not true. We believe in kids even when they can’t believe in themselves. Then we equip kids with literacy and life skills so that they can turn their dreams into reality.
